In 2026, we wrapped up a spectacular four-month, full-gut master bathroom remodel in Rye Brook, New York. What made this project so remarkable was the level of intentional design. Every square inch of this bathroom features a particular custom detail, coming together to create an unparalleled oasis of modern luxury and innovative wellness.

The Crown Jewel: Custom Quartz Shower Slabs
The absolute showstopper of this remodel is the walk-in shower. We curated a breathtaking backdrop using Symphony by Aurea Stone Quartz from their revolutionary Forte Collection.
We utilized 2CM thick, polished slabs that showcase powerful gray movements with creamy undertones over a pristine white surface. To elevate the visual drama, the slabs were meticulously book-matched during fabrication to create a flawless, continuous pattern that perfectly mimics natural marble veining.
Beyond its beauty, this stone represents a crystalline-silica-free revolution, crafted from up to 90% recycled materials and treated with a lifetime anti-stain protectant.
A Walk-In Shower Built for Supreme Comfort
We designed the layout of the massive walk-in shower to maximize both relaxation and storage utility. Key architectural features include:
- Two Built-In Stone Benches: Perfect for winding down and enjoying a steam-like atmosphere.
- Custom Stone Niches: Dedicated, recessed shelving expertly carved to hold shampoo bottles and soaps.
- Integrated Storage: Seamlessly blended compartments to keep razors, facial products, and small hand towels neatly tucked away.
Cutting-Edge Wellness & High-Tech Heating
To combat chilly New York winters, we layered multiple advanced heating systems into the space. Step onto the floor, and you are greeted by cozy, radiant heated floors. Look up, and you will see a sleek Herschel infrared panel heater mounted on the wall, which radiates deep, therapeutic warmth directly to the body.
The high-tech wellness features continue right inside the shower stall itself:
- Amba Jeeves Heated Towel Warmer: We installed a white Amba Jeeves model specifically engineered and rated for safe use directly inside a wet shower environment.
- Valiryo Full-Body Dryer: Goodbye, traditional towel friction! We installed a Valiryo 195 Full-Body Air Drying Column (240V/12A). Boasting a waterproof IP56 rating, this European-designed column uses 26 specialized air diffusers to envelope you in a customizable, warm air massage that naturally hydrates the skin while promoting independence and safety.
Curated Fixtures and Artisan Cabinetry
No detail was left to chance when it came to the vanity and plumbing. The perimeter of the bathroom balances classic luxury with artisanal craftsmanship:
- The Cabinetry: We selected Adelphi Ridgewood cabinets in the clean, sophisticated Newport drawer style. The finish is Sherwin-Williams Ethereal White, providing a soft, calming foundation.
- The Hardware: The cabinetry is punctuated by striking Emtek diamond glass 1” knobs that catch the light beautifully.
- The Sinks: Sitting atop the vanity are stunning vessel sinks from Elegant Glass Engraving Studio, adding a delicate, custom art piece to the daily routine.
- The Mirrors: Above the sinks hang Evervue lighted mirrors, featuring an elegant, custom-etched paisley design around the borders.
- The Plumbing: To tie the metal accents together, we utilized ROHL Tenerife fixtures in a brilliant, mirror-like polished nickel finish throughout the entire space.

From the continuous veining of the sustainable quartz shower walls to the hands-free warmth of the built-in body dryer, this Rye Brook master bathroom stands as a testament to what happens when cutting-edge technology meets uncompromising luxury design. It took four months of meticulous planning and craftsmanship, but the result is a timeless space our clients will cherish for decades.
