In White Plains, we carried out a beautiful renovation. We added a second floor extension to the Tudor Style home, and elevated the space. It took a total of three months to revamp.
The exterior features textured stucco, transom windows, a gable/shed roof dormer, and wood corbels. Red frames surround the windows and match the red framing on the garage. A beautiful wooden front door leads out to a large front yard, accompanied with a driveway to its left.
The interior of the Tudor Style home includes the master bedroom, master bathroom, renovated closet (to view more photos and learn about the portion of this project, CLICK HERE) To go along with the master suite, we also renovated the living room and the dining room. We renovated the space so each room on the lower level continues seamlessly into the next room.
The living room features dark stained oak floors, a tray ceiling with white crown molding, a stone mantel fireplace, and a mounted TV. A tan sofa and sofa chairs are spread throughout the space, providing ample seating options. A wooden coffee table rests in front of the couch, adding more wooden accents to the room. Large Harvey Majesty wood windows bring in natural light, along with recessed ceiling lights. A white staircase finished with painted white wooden spindels leads to the 2nd level of the home where the bedrooms are.
The floor plan also expands into the dining room, where light yellow walls and oak wood flooring continue. An ornate chandelier lights up the eating area, and below sits a rectangular dining table with fabric detail chairs. Windows on the far wall light up the space, along with ceiling lights.
This renovation was a fun and exciting project. To view more photos from this project, Click Here
